1. Acceptance of terms

  • By creating an account or using Cyber Missions, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

  • Cyber Hygiene Passport is an educational cyber-security awareness product. It provides a self-assessment, a resulting "Cyber Fitness" score, learning missions, and a shareable passport.
  • It is not a vulnerability scanner, penetration test, or technical audit of your devices or accounts, and it does not guarantee protection against any specific attack or incident.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and must not share your account with others or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
  • You agree not to use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

5. Organizations and teams

  • If you use the service as part of an organization, your organization’s administrator can see aggregate, de-identified trends for the team, but not your individual answers or score.

6. Disclaimer

  • The service and your Cyber Fitness score are provided "as is," as an educational indicator of habits and knowledge. They are not a warranty or guarantee of security, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on them.

7. Changes to the service or terms

  • We may update these terms or the service from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
